Tony Flagor
Chief Excecutive Officer
Tony is a seasoned leader with over 25 years in the sawmill industry, having held key roles in plant and production management at companies like Boise Cascade, Interfor, Roseburg Forest Products, Swanson Group, and Potlatch. Notably, he served as the Region Manager for Boise Cascade's Inland Region, managing operations across five mills and leading a team of over 700. His deep understanding of the Pine Lumber market and ability to navigate industry challenges are complemented by 12 years of service in the U.S. Navy, demonstrating a commitment to public service in line with RFOR's values.
This blend of industrial expertise and military discipline uniquely positions Tony as the new CEO of RFOR, ready to drive the company forward with a blend of leadership, integrity, and strategic insight.
Kevin Ordean
Director of Forest Operations
Kevin brings over a decade of experience in the 4 Forest Restoration Initiative (4FRI) footprint in Northern Arizona. He brings more than 20 years in management to his role as Director of Forest Operations at RFOR. He leads the team in critical initiatives in forest restoration, including Forest Restoration Operations, Trucking Operations, Fleet Maintenance, Scaling, Contract Procurement, and Federal Contract Management. Over the past four years, Kevin and his team have successfully rebuilt RFOR's forest restoration operations, ensuring a steady supply of raw materials for the company’s mill, which produces high-quality lumber products.
Before joining RFOR, Kevin was the co-founder and CEO of Roots Composting, showcasing his entrepreneurial leadership and dedication to environmental sustainability. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and completed two years of graduate studies at Northern Arizona University. A passionate advocate for community and environmental stewardship, Kevin has served on the boards of several non-profits in the Flagstaff area. His expertise in organizing and operations spans both for-profit and non-profit sectors, making him a vital leader in RFOR's mission to drive sustainable forest restoration and product innovation.
Sara Diehl
Director of Finance
Sara is a seasoned financial professional with over 15 years of experience. As RFOR's Financial Director, she oversees all financial operations, ensuring the company's financial health and growth. Her responsibilities include budgeting, cash management, investor reporting, and strategic financial planning.
With a diverse background spanning Fortune 500 companies to small, founder-owned startups, and investor-backed ventures, Sara brings a wealth of experience to RFOR. Her expertise extends across various industries, including consumer electronics, cannabis, and forest restoration. She holds a BS in Finance and Operations Management from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and is currently pursuing an MS in Mind-Body Medicine from Saybrook University.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys the outdoors, travel, and Flagstaff’s astronomical observatory.
Andrew H. Winstanley
Financial Controller
Andrew is a financial professional with over 25 years’ experience in audit and financial management.
Academic and professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia (Canada), Chartered Accountant designation, (CA) (2000 - Canada), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (2004 – USA), and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) (2012 – Canada).
Greater than 17 years forest products industry experience including senior financial management roles with multi-national industry leaders before joining RFOR as Controller.
Andrew received instruction in piano performance and music theory from the Royal Toronto Conservatory of Music.
Andrew’s contributions to the RFOR team are invaluable. And, if you ask him, he’ll humbly tell you he’s also the smartest and best-looking member of the team.
Rick Mueller
Business Development Manager
Rick Mueller is a seasoned business development leader with over 25 years of experience driving sales growth and market expansion in the building materials industry. As Business Development Manager at Restoration Forest Products, he combines expertise in strategic planning, account management, and distribution optimization to deliver exceptional results. Rick is known for exceeding revenue targets, building lasting client relationships, and creating innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.

Previously, Rick held leadership roles at Core Materials Distribution, Cedar Creek, and BlueLinx Corporation, where he led teams to achieve multi-million-dollar revenue growth, enhanced gross margins, and managed substantial procurement budgets. With a Bachelor’s in Business from Fontbonne University and advanced training in leadership and sales strategies, Rick blends technical acumen with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Outside of work, Rick contributes to his community as an advisory board member and is committed to advancing industry excellence through mentorship and innovation.
Suk Lowman
Human Resorces Manager
Suk is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 10 years of expertise in the banking sector. She currently serves as the HR Manager at Restoration Forest Products, where she applies her comprehensive HR knowledge to support the organization's workforce initiatives. Prior to this role, Suk was the VP HR Director at Sumner Bank & Trust, where she developed and implemented HR strategies that contributed to organizational success.
Suk's areas of specialization include HR policies and procedures, compliance, employee benefits, payroll management, and talent acquisition. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and possesses advanced proficiency in ADP HRIS. Suk holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Austin Peay State University, further complementing her strategic approach to HR management.
Known for her integrity, professionalism, and effective communication skills, Suk is committed to fostering a positive work environment and driving employee engagement. With a proven record of delivering impactful HR solutions, she is dedicated to supporting organizational growth and achieving HR excellence in every facet of her work.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Suk enjoys hiking, adventure, and travel, which inspire her to approach challenges with resilience and a broad perspective.
